Abstract


Muslim teachers are in process of maintaining unity through fraternal faith. Following Prophet Muhammad PBH in Medina to create unity Emigrants and helpers are tailed by seimman and seakidah. Dissent is justified, but each abuses and leads to the disintegration burning fire of animy in religion is strictly prohibited. In the context of the Middle East, the split in the community is already visible from arbitration events era of the Caliphate of Ali bin Abi Talib, which oihak Mu'awiya ibn Abu Sufyan did not agree with maintaning Ali as Caliph that leads to the war between brothers and sisters. In the Indonesian context, the polemic issue of religion is coincided with the return of "young people" to perform the pilgrimage once studying of Mecca. They are known as the reformer who brought Muhammad Abduh thought of Egypt and Wahabiyah of Makkah. The roots of this very important issue be studied and resolved. This experiment provides the best solutions that were examined directly from al-Qur'an and Hadith, so it can be useful to overcome the problems of the Islamic educational leadership, especially in resolving internal conflicts of Islamic educational institutions.
