Strength of Muslims is determined by continuous and systematic propaganda. Therefore, aspects of planning and management is an important factor in the delivery of the message of Islam that effectively and efficiently to all mankind multicultural. Preaching to the planning and management of various cultures will also face obstacles and challenges which require a description in delivery. Therefore, this paper tries to unravel questions about what the nature of multiculturalism based propaganda, how the characteristics of propaganda based on multiculturalism, what approach (method) used in propaganda based on multiculturalism, and how the future of propaganda of multiculturalism.
